10/19 Wow what a night! This all happened tonight.

So I have never used the phone book to prospect before, mainly cause it’s too big, I mean who do you target?

How do you decide?

Well, I made a decision 2 weeks ago to contact every yellow page ad that is 1/2 page to larger.

So then I ripped them out went through every one.

1) Did they have a site
2) Was it optimized?
3) Did they have good rankings?

If they had a site I checked it for SEO and if they were UGLY. I contacted un-optimized, no seo and ugly sites.

So I worked my way through.

Today I finally go to Roofers and most had answering services or machines. So I just said, “Hi, It’s Gina Gray can you give me a call back?” Left my number.

That was it.

at 5:20 tonight Roofer 1 called Full page No site Bingo confirming to meet Wednesday to meet for coffee. 6:30 Next Roofing and Siding guy calls he has a site needs SEO meeting this week. He has a half page ad. He just had site built but is interested in SEO. 7:30 This guy does everything Roofing/siding/additions, doors windows, deck, rails the works he has NO site. Meeting Friday am. Woo hoo.

So in my promise to only help one, looks like I can go a bit higher on my prices. So we will see how many really come through and go with my services but it should be fun.

Had a great conversation with the last guy, we talked about the playoffs so it was cool.

So moral for this message CALL ROOFERS THIS WEEK.
